Rotary Clubs around the world are pioneering the way toward global education. They are causing a radical change in the lives of children overseas – reducing poverty, violence, and religious extremism. It all starts with mothers. Amarok Society is proud to have partnered with more than a hundred Rotary Clubs to pursue an unusual model of education: instead of teaching children directly, we teach illiterate mothers to become neighborhood teachers. This mothers-first approach to education is transforming entire communities.
