Mother’s Day gift bag give away at Sylvester Greenwood Academy

Thanks to Richmond Rotarian Darlene Quenville for organizing our Club’s Mother’s Day gift bag give away to the teen moms at the Pregnant and Parenting Adolescents program at Sylvester Greenwood Academy.
Special thanks to WCCUSD Superintendent and Richmond Rotarian Dr Chris Hurst for being there with his administrative staff to show their support for the program. A shout out to teacher Dr Mary Hughes-Tutass for her dedication to the program.

Greater Interfaith Richmond Program Donation

Happy to have delivered our check donation as the liaison with fellow member Don Lau, of the Richmond Rotary Club to Ralph Payton, Executive Director of GRIP Greater Richmond Interfaith Program serving houseless families where Florian Santos is also a volunteer.
Pogo Park’s Art Station Project Donation

Richmond Rotary provided funding for art supplies for Pogo Park’s Art Station program offered Tuesday through Friday in the afternoon. A hands on creative arts activity under the supervision of Art Teacher Marie Kamali. Photos provided by Toody Mahr.
