On Saturday March 23rd, there was a well attended community conversation event at the Richmond Museum of History and  “From Underinvestment to Flourishing: Reinvigorating the Arts in Richmond”.

The History of Rotary Projects in Mexico

A history of twenty years of volunteer educational projects led by Berkeley Rotary in Nayarti, Mexico with participation by other District 5160 Rotary Clubs including a brief history of the projects beginning with projects in Chacala. This is a chance to see what makes a good international project and there will be the opportunity to see what happened at the latest project in Los Ayala in 2023.

The first panel discussion, titled “From Underinvestment to Flourishing: A Community Dialogue on Reinvigorating the Arts in Richmond,” features Richmond Rotarian Maria Tuttle.
