Richmond Rotary was proud to be a partner with the Eastshore and Crescent Park Neighborhood Councils’ “Easter Egg Hunt” on Saturday, April 19th at Booker T Anderson Park. Special thanks to Incoming President Nakele Obleton Rechenauer for providing the leadership and organization for our participation. Tremendous crowd and lots of smiling faces.

RPD Chief Bisa French and Michelle Milam, Richmond Rotarians, brought their positive energy and created a super fun environment for the kids.

Additional Richmond Rotary volunteers included the Menehune Don Lau, Simon Ellis, Rolanda Wilson, Ruthie Abelson Olivas, and Sarah Wally. Special thanks to Tiffany Harris for sending the games table from Bay Area Girls Club!

The event was a success due to generous donations from Nat Bates and Oakland Rotarian, Ahmad Anderson.

Happy Easter 🐣 to all!

Rotary also made a financial contribution via a District grant towards the purchase of key appliances for the kitchen. Very awesome way to honor the memory of Richmond Rotarian Josh Genser. We are now looking forward to having a meal at the kitchen! #rotariansatwork
