Thursday April 17th was a special day for Richmond Rotary.
We helped paint and clean up the soon to open “Josh & Elaina Genser” Culinary Club at RPAL. Rotary also made a financial contribution via a District grant towards the purchase of key appliances for the kitchen. Very awesome way to honor the memory of Richmond Rotarian Josh Genser. We are now looking forward to having a meal at the kitchen! #rotariansatwork
Continue reading →Richmond Rotary’s display at the Rotary District 5160 Assembly on May 3 featured our “An Immigrant Story – Miraflores Centennial Project”
It highlights the Japanese American flower nursery story with educational exhibits along the Miraflores Greenbelt. The story which starts in 1906, includes WWII internment and a return to Richmond after the war. Thanks to Rotary past president Jan Brown’s leadership this project will soon be completed.

What a fabulous night of food (still smell the garlic), fun and fellowship in support of their impactful programs for our local youth.
