Richmond Fire and Police officers have been organizing an annual food, toy and bike giveaway to support families in the local community. Richmond Rotary has supported this program for several years by purchasing bikes to give away by lottery. Michelle Milam, Richmond Police Department Crime Prevention Manager and Richmond Rotarian, will present a history and overview of the program, including Richmond Rotary’s involvement.
