Join us for GRIP’s Sunset & Sips Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 12 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Berkeley in Kensington. It promises to be a meaningful evening of connection, reflection, and community.
One of the highlights of the evening will be a special panel discussion exploring how homelessness in Richmond has changed over the past two years, featuring leaders who are deeply engaged in this work across our community.
Our panelists include:
John Gioia, Contra Costa County Supervisor
Samantha Watson-Alvarado, Assistant Director, Early Childhood Mental Health Program
Rotarian Michelle Milam, Crime Prevention Manager for the City of Richmond and lead for the Richmond Homeless Task Force
Daniel Barth, Executive Director, SOS Richmond
Rotarian Ralph Payton, Executive Director, Greater Richmond Interfaith Program (GRIP)
The panel will be moderated by Maria Costen, GRIP Board President and an executive with ABC/Disney.
Together, these voices will share insights from the front lines of housing, mental health, public policy, and community response.
