On October 25, Rotary was happy to invest in Richmond Promise’s Annual Scholars Celebration. Rotary sponsor Ruthie Abelson Olivas presented a check to Richmond Promise Executive Director Chris Whitmore and Development Director Hannah Dworkin while on yesterday’s COI Annual Shoreline Cruise.
