We overlook the ancestral wisdom, of herbal knowledge and foodways as a means of medicine for the body, mind & spirit. We teach folks to use planting ( whether it be a yard or yardage) as a remedy when confronting the problems that stem from colonialism, racial inequality, health disparities and the delocalization of real food sources.
