Planting, plate, palate and play. I have served over 150 families in the West Contra Costa area.

Community services include park clean-ups and workshops, health includes promoting an active and healthy life style, and academics, which is the cornerstone of Moving Forward, includes the Moving Forward Scholarship Program and life-skill workshops.
