CARE is a collaborative court to support eligible community members in need of mental health care and other resources to live safely and independently. CARE Court is voluntary. The CARE Court team connects CARE participants to essential services like behavioral health care, alcohol and drug support, vocational training, and housing & benefits application assistance through a voluntary CARE Agreement or Plan that is overseen by a dedicated Judge. CARE offers individualized support for CARE participants to assist and empower them in their path to recovery, stability and independence.
