Rotarians at Work!! Richmond Rotarians showed up to work and support Richmond Main Streets’ 17th Annual Spirit and Soul Festival. Rotary was one of many sponsors of this community event. Congrats to Rotarian and RMS Executive Director Sarah Wally and her staff team and volunteers on a beautiful day in downtown Richmond.
