Richmond and Shimada, Japan celebrated the 60th Anniversary of our Sister City relationship in 2021. This year we are thrilled to once again welcome Student Ambassadors from Shimada. Eight Student Ambassadors ages 15-17 will join Richmond Commission members to present information about our long and fruitful Sister City relationship.
